This is named out of respect to the 1000s of grafters we saw along our trip. We realized how privileged we were to be able to complain about a 9-5 when in most parts of south east Asia, people work from dawn till dusk to put food on the table. Whether it be dusting the street, directing traffic or making meals on the side of the road, they were non-stop, and often with more positive outlooks than we have in our cushy office jobs.
